Honestly just moved in and they made it super easy! The pregnant girl was amazing and helped me and my wife out a lot with breaking everything down and the walk through of the place. They had 2 things that we saw and they fixed them before we moved in! Love the place.

We have truly enjoyed living at Coventry! The newest property management is on point and has been nothing but genuine & helpful. For us, some of the setups are just not feasible with a toddler. All the doors have handles and the stove is gas. So all of those things our baby was able to figure out before 12 months old. That’s not a complaint by any means, just a personal preference. Everything here has been hands down one of the best experiences we’ve ever had!

My wife and I have lived here since 2021. Since then, management has been change numerous times; all the management companies were all terrible. In the last few months, a new management company took over that seems to know what they are doing. As far as the living space, I have nothing to say but good things about it, you do get what you pay for. The community amenities are okay. However, the location is A plus, everything you need is about a 5-10min drive. Tenants seem to stay for at least a year, there are always tenants moving in and moving out. The lease has almost maintained the prices from 2022; with a $50 increase every year I would say. Gas and electric are about $100 a month, I think the units are pretty efficient. We are considering staying another year but that will depend on how much the prices get raised when we sign our new lease. It would be nice if you could sign a longer lease but we’ve been told 13 months is the max length you can sign.

We are happy with our new home, we lived here 2 years ago and then we moved to another state but we love being back at Coventry Townhome. It is close to shops and gives quick access to the freeway. The New Management is very kind always they’re ready to help you, the townhomes are very modern and clean. We love to live here!!

The management has been nothing short of helpful, friendly and professional, and the maintenance is super quick to respond and fix any small issues we’ve encountered. Great location tucked away from most of the hustle and bustle without being too far away from nightlife in SLC. Amazing kitchen, 2 car garage and the cutest little dog park 🐶. We’ve loved living here so far!!

the past 3 months have been absolutely horrible dealing with the management company red stone… and all the reviews can literally speak for themselves.. however, today in less than one hour, the new management has done more & has figured out a game plan to resolve the nightmare of a mess red stone has left me with & also many others that live here. Terry, Landon & Isaac have their hands full with what they have been left with. i am more than grateful for good humans that are willing to not point fingers or play the blame game, they are just resolving the issue. they deserve a fighting chance.

I toured with Chelsi and the townhomes were spacious and I loved the layout. Very modern and love that it is modern and has indoor washer and dryer. I am looking at moving next year and will definitely be coming back when I’m ready.

My family and I lived at Coventry for just over a year. It was a great place to live and close to lots of amenities. The first 6 months or so were not very pleasant due to a complete lack of management and non-responsiveness to resident issues. New management arrived half way through our stay and made the rest of our time at Coventry a pleasure. The new complex manager, Ryann, was a much needed addition to this facility. She is the reason we stayed longer than we should have before finding a permanent home. The complex is also very pet friendly with 2 car garages in each unit! The garage was one of the two main reasons we chose Coventry.

When she took over management last year, I know she walked into an absolute mess from previous management and she handled everything with a positive cheerful mood and really changed my attitude about my experience living here. I currently live here and I absolutely love it! It is like having your own home! It is VERY spacious and quiet. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help out when needed. I also love the 2 car garage! The only thing lacking would be more parking for guests and such but other than that, this place is amazing!
